I received exceptional service at Hotel Fuerstenhof and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Leipzig. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, at ease and all together taken care of.

I also want to sing the praises of your reservations process. I stayed at 3 different hotels on 4 different reservations and each leg was handled flawlessly. We were planning a trip to Newfoundland later this summer and I might begin planning early in the spring with search through your company. No matter if you do not have connections there, it won't stop us from using your services in our plans to travel to Arizona and hopefully Hawaii in the next year.

Our stay in the Century Plaza was very nice as it is a good hotel; a little "long in the tooth" for some perhaps as it has been around for a long time. But they are doing a great job in keeping up to the times to serve their clients as best possible. We ended up staying an extra night, but of course could not access your services for that. The hotel was very accommodating and serviced our needs very well.
